There’s a sizable, open plan kitchen diner with patio doors leading to the garden and stairs up to the crows nest.
The settee seats 7 comfortably and there is an arm chair too. The TV is a 55” LG OLED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart TV Freeview Play & Dolby.

The dining room table extends to seat 8 comfortably and has a small breakfast bar.

The kitchen has 2 ovens, grill and microwave. There is a family size fridge freezer, a smart hob and an instant “Quooker” boiling water tap.

In the plant room there is a washer drier, ironing board, iron and mop.
There is a small cloak room that has ample space for coats and bags. In here there are beach towels a wind break and beach bags that you’re welcome to use.

The property sleeps 6/ 7 in 3 bedrooms:

The master has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, heated towel rail and electronic velux ceiling window.
There are two twin bedrooms with single beds, one set has zip-lock mattresses that make a double if desired.

The family bathroom has a bath and shower and heated towel rail.

Upstairs in the crow’s nest is a small sitting area with a double futon that can be made into a very small double bed. This leads out onto the sun terrace patio which gets the morning sun and at certain times of the year (May/June) you can watch the sunset over the sea.

With a ground source heat pump, all rooms have under floor heating and air con.
​
There is parking for 3 cars and a patio round the side of the property.
The outside shower is warm and perfect for post surfing or dog washing - please let us know when you book if you will be bringing a dog with you.

The garden is fairly private with a small lawn space. The secure surf store holds all of your boards and wet suites and there is a ring on the wall to lock up your bikes. Feel free to water the plants and cut the lawn! The garden is not totally secure so please keep an eye on your dog until we get some gates.

You can either pay for the cleaner to come and immaculate once you’ve left, or clean it yourself which takes about 3 hours depending on how many helpers there are!)
